Accounting

For those who need a Japanese tax accountant to handle accounting and tax filing after the establishment of a Japanese corporation.

I am fluent in Thai, English and Japanese, so it will be easy to consult with me about accounting and tax filings for your Japanese company.

I decided to become a tax accountant when I was working in sales of processed seafood products in Thailand. During sales meetings, there were various terms such as “gross profit, operating profit, contribution margin”. I found it very confusing, so I always kept my head down. I wanted to change that! Because I am someone who once struggled with numbers, I can empathize with those who are also confused by all the accounting terminology. I strive to explain the world of tax and accounting in a clear and thorough manner.

As a solo practitioner, there is no risk of your assigned advisor changing frequently. For business owners who view accounting and tax matters not as mere post-hoc procedures but as tools to advance their business while analyzing numbers, I would be honored to discuss your needs at DANGOYA (my office). I am well-versed in accounting and tax filings, as well as procedures related to tax treaties, for the establishment of Japanese subsidiaries of foreign companies.

Immigration administration

For those who wish to hire foreign staff or accept overseas university students as interns.

Because I am affiliated with companies that run agencies for studying abroad and with Japanese language schools in Bangkok, we are able to introduce university students who wish to pursue internships in a Japanese company or Thai students who have finished Nursing Aide training and would like to work as a “Specified Skilled Worker” (nursing care) in Japan.

Translation

National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter is a Japanese national certification with Thai examination subjects.

Licensed interpreters are able to　translate Thai documents for residence status applications, contracts, etc. We are also skilled at conducting business negotiations with humor, which translation apps cannot do. Please make use of us as salespeople.

I have partnered with “Jeducation Co., Ltd.,” a study abroad agency and Japanese language school based in Thailand and Indonesia that holds Thailand’s largest comprehensive exhibition on Japan.

We can provide information on exhibiting at exhibitions with subsidies and we can introduce Thai students who have studied in Japan.

“Humor and conversation” is something I try to keep in mind when doing my job. Accounting, tax, and overseas expansion are all difficult fields, but I try to convey them in a fun way with a touch of humor.
